wonderful family getaway
really good team whatsapp support good experience
The guest relations team was really good, especially zineb. she was always available on whatsapp and ready to help with anything we needed. my kids loved yasmeen, the ice cream girl!
the reception staff was sometimes not very friendly. i also noticed the hotel lacked an indoor pool which would have been good.

The swimming pool was quite nice and did its job, I guess.
The overall format feels very mass-market. We had a passive-aggressive argument with another guest because of a lack of seating near the bar. I think there were too many guests for too little space.
